“Intraocular surgery for advanced surgeons”


Instructed by Dr. Ingrid Allgoewer and Prof. David Wilkie.

Both teachers are very well known and highly respected especially in this field. They are able to share their vast range of experiences in a meaningful way through their love of teaching. And this is why the course is so recognized.

In this 2.5 days course you will get the latest information about cataract and corneal surgery, and practical training in a wetlab that will enhance your surgery techniques. The wetlab is set-up with 20 workplaces for 40 attendees. Each station is fully equipped with microscopes connected to monitors, and Oertli Phaco systems. You will be able to work each day during the course in the wetlab where you will have the opportunity to practice the information you gained from the morning lectures.
