Theoretical Examination: March 11 - 12, 2025
The ECVO practical examination will take place in Edinburgh on 17th and 18th May 2025
General
The Examination and Executive Committees understand that exam candidates and colleagues need as much notice as possible to facilitate planning. A procedural change will occur. The theoretical exam will be held annually during the months of March or April, and the exact dates will be announced 10 months in advance.
Future theory exams will be held online. Candidates can sit the exam in their home countries if certain requirements are fulfilled, including the direct invigilation by a European or American Diplomate (of any college).
The practical exam will be held in the same year. We will try to give the dates and location one year in advance but this may not always be possible.
