My name is Guido and I am a first year resident at the Royal Veterinary College in London. I graduated in 2020 from the University of Pisa, Italy, and I moved to the United Kingdom in the same year. After spending a few months shadowing clinics in London, I started working in busy first opinion practice, while nurturing my interest in ophthalmology. I remained in general practice for more than two years before moving onto complete a specialist internship in ophthalmology at The Ralph Referral Centre. I started my residency at the Royal Veterinary College in 2024 under the supervision of Christiane Kafarnik. I enjoy travelling, going to concerts, and spending time with my Sphynx cat Scilla.
